A "limpia" is a Latin American cleansing ritual that helps to cleanse or balance the mind, body, and spirit. We will first discuss what weighs heavy on your heart and your intention for a limpia, this will begin the purging process. Your journey may include meditation, light code chanting, plant cleansing, and egg cleansing. Though ancestral guidance I will make a personalized spray or anointing oil to assist you in the days after.
